No appointment is necessary and you may come every 4 weeks to receive food.

Wednesdays: 10 am to 1 pm
Thursdays: 10 am to 1 pm
NOTE: The Depot will be closed for holidays falling on Wednesdays or Thursdays or when the store is closed.

FAQs about the Food Depot
-
Households may receive food every four weeks. Note - it is not required that you come on the same day each time. If you receive food on a Thursday, you may return on a Wednesday four weeks later.
-
We ask to see a photo ID for the adults and older children in the household. The household member who is requesting food does not need to show the physical ID. A picture on your smartphone of each adult's ID is sufficient. We do not require ID for grade-school children or younger.
-
Picking up food for another household is allowed as long as the head of the other household has previously registered to receive food and has designated that another individual will be picking up their food in the future. This situation should be discussed with the Food Depot staff in advance of the first pickup for the other household.
